My greatest interest in photography is capturing people — especially in moments when they are unposed and simply being themselves. Whether I’m on a busy street or watching someone pause mid‑stride, the best images come from those small, unguarded instants. I always try to make my subjects look attractive and to cast them in a favourable light. When I think I’ve caught a good moment, I’ll often show the photo to the person, but not always; many of the faces here belong to people I never had the chance to meet.

Street photography captures people as they move through the world — unposed, spontaneous, shaped by whatever the street offers in that moment. Portrait photography is more deliberate: a brief collaboration where the subject becomes the centre of attention. Both approaches share the same aim in my work — to notice people, to honour them, and to preserve a moment of their presence.
